Important Ticket Information
- Entry to our jumbo jump castle require a ticket. This includes parents who are accompanying children. Parents accompanying a child should simply purchase their own individual ticket to the same session/time slot that their kid is attending.
- Children under 2 years of age are not allowed, and all children aged 2 and above will require tickets for entry.
- Tickets are a two hour pass

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Please arrive at least 30 minutes in advance of your session start time with your Ticket printed or ready to show on your phone. This can be found on your order details sent on your email. We’ll then exchange your tickets for wristbands so you’re ready to enter your session at your scheduled time.
Showing up late to your session will not prohibit you from being able to enter, however your 2 hour session will not be extended further than the original ending time. Additionally, if you miss your allotted Jumbo jump timeslot you will not be able to join another one.

Yes. We have a maximum weight limit of 120Kg. Guests who exceed this limits cannot participate.
Wearing socks is a must while on the inflatables. You can purchase socks on site as well. We offer cool branded ‘gripper socks’ for Rs. 200 each, or you can bring your own socks.
MY TICKETS
Yes, you can buy tickets on site but it is recommended to purchase your ticket online at least 12 hours before the session to guarantee your spot.
All sales are final, and we cannot refund tickets unless a refund is due in accordance with our time & date change policy which is detailed HERE
All purchasers are asked to agree to this policy during checkout. To avoid disappointment we recommend checking your calendar and selecting the date and time of your visit carefully.
All tickets are non-transferable.
If you have access to a printer we recommend printing your tickets as this will speed up your check in process, but as long as you can show your email receipt or tickets on your phone you will be good to go!
OTHER INFORMATION
We have different food and drink vendors with us and we have a large inflatable food area providing a shaded seating area.
No Outside food is allowed.
We do have a dedicated, enclosed and self managed shoe storage tent where you must keep your shoes and other small accessories. We strongly recommend that you do not leave anything valuable as we will not be liable for any loss. However, we do not have facilities to accomodate the storage of big bags and strollers. Hence, it’s recommended you leave those belongings in your car.
Pets are not allowed.
Each individual is responsible for their own possessions. Jumbo Jump will not be responsible for any personal items being lost since we recommend you don’t bring any lose items. At the end of the working day, if any possessions are found they will be kept in the lost and found box, located at the help center counter.
Jump Dumb isn’t responsible for any injuries during your time here because we recommend safe play. However, we do have first aid available for minor injuries that may have incurred. Play safe, stay safe.
